Chat Restrictions.

I just had a question on chat restrictions. I understand that there is a punishment system that if you get a chat restriction it the punishment gets worse the more times you get reported the worse the next punishment is going to be. But I was wondering let's say you get your first offense and a chat restriction. If you recieve a lot of honor or you don't get reported in a long time. Can you go back up the ladder? Or is it there for ever?

Yes, it is possible to decrease your punishment level But it can take a long time From what i know, your punishment level decreases when you get honor lvl 2 or 3 (I'm not sure how accurate this information is tho)

I thought when you get a chat restriction you can't get honor level?

The Fact of the matter is the punishment system for LoL is broken and is completely broken and has no place in the game. If you dont want people to say boo-boo words in your extremely competitive e-sport game, then create a system that will not send those words/phrases/abbreviations. This is why veteran players stop playing or completely give up on it for years. Riot has no idea what theyre doing.
