Dodge?

I was wondering why this stupid glitch is happening is happening I click find match then it's counting while i'm waiting I click on my second monitor to look at a video and the accept match or match found never shows up. After that it says I declined a match so I figured that I just was not looking when it happened so I re find a match. Then it gives me the error again so I close my league to see if it was that, then I get a queue dodge timer and a damn a X on my promos.
