So the banning system is about money?

Hello, i've been perm. banned from League of Legends, for being in 1 out of 2 games a pesimistic, i didnt been toxic and didnt been offending anyone. In the second game i've used a words "dont fed my lane, lol xD" where it was a joke which i said to midlaner who died frist time with a score 9/1 and it was a try to make atmosphere a little better, becouse he was already flaming at everyone from beggining. Thats the answer frrom riot in my language. Still was banned like the ban card says for "extreme negativity and toxicity behaviour", didnt get proper respond from support, just that case is done and its already closed. Seems to be a little unfair to be putted with 0,006% people who did a death threat, racists behaviour, intent flame, or extreme trolling behaviour. Just becouse i've been a pesimistic in one game, without flaming at anyone, didnt even used a vulgar words, or my negativity against other, like im human not a program i do have feelings and sometimes theyre negative, like even in this game i've apologized my team. Clearly its seems, riot do not ban people before they wont buy a amount of RP, where is not more protiftable to have player who cant spend more on game, after a ban reciving " feel welcome to make a new account", so what's the point of perma. ban? Thought its about to not let that kind of people play the game, instead of letting them to do new account. Clearly its seems like i was just no more profitable for them, so i've got banned for it and be putted in one bad with people with death threats, extreme toxicity, racist behaviour.

@ I've know people playing for years, with some negativity & even toxic behaviour they didnt get even once banned, also i know people who started to buying RP and been less negative then them but got recently banned, seems like systems seeks for the money spend, and possible profit from a person.
