On my account , ShainilTheLegend. I recently just got a 13 day suspension for having a negative attitude. But I did NOT get any warnings or had to write "agree" I wont do this account. I all of a sudden just get baned. I know what I did was wrong but I got mad in one game only. And without a warning I just got suspended and think I deserve one warning before I get suspended. I sincerely apologize but from one game being salty doesn't deserve a suspended. Plus also if I did offend someone I want to apologize to them but they could just MUTE me right? Because then whats the point of a mute? Please leave a comment so I know what people are thinking.

Are you one of the people that resolves bans? IF you are sure ill show you but It is also not logs.. it is log meaning only one game. When did they make one game you get mad.. okey you made a mistake give one warning. then by all means one deserves a suspension if they do it again,

Go to the Help & Support section of the boards. Under Culture on the left hand side there's a link called "submit a ticket". Click that and fill out everything with as close of an answer as is applicable. It's fine if not everything fits exactly.

Support ticket

You can save a lot of time by posting your logs here first though. The system has an extremely low error rate and apologies or excuses are not going to get a punishment overturned.

In a case like this, I'm quite glad they don't give out warnings. I believe a warning will not help in any was to prevent this type of action any further. You'll get a warning, then instantly dismiss said warning, barely thinking it over, and then probably laugh at it or ignore it. Then it will continue until you get the ban and then make a post similar to this but without the sentence asking why you didn't get a warning. I used to come across someone like this once in a few games. Now, it's about one to two people per game. This gives me some hope.

First off you can bypass any type of "warning" if what you wrote in chat was bad. this is usually with the case of using racist/derogatory words. Second, we cant really discuss your behavior when you dont give us your reform card/email. Riot will always give you some form of evidence that states why you were ban with (in the case of toxic behavior) your chat logs. You show us that and we will see. Far too many people come here saying they did nothing wrong, or they only said one bad thing in one game, yet the evidence states otherwise. And lastly the mute button is not an excuse. The point of the mute button is to stop toxic behavior that game, whereas the report is to stop future toxic behavior. you were reported possibly in a lot more games than you think because of your behavior. and as such since you claim that you were toxic its finally coming to get you!

Again though all we need is your reform card to see how badly you were!

its usually something on the client, or in the form of an E-mail that states why you were ban with your chat logs. Check your email (including the spam folders) and you should see something. Although if you were recently ban it might take a couple hours/days for it to show up!

This was in one game. The thing is not all the stuff offensive was sent to the enemy it was a discussion with the team. But that everything exactly. And if the previous games were supposed to be the reason for ban they should but it in the suspension log but it didn't because I was only salty for one game, without a warning which could be very beneficial and 100% prevent future outbreaks from me I know what I did was wrong but everyone makes mistakes, and it wasnt like that I made 100 mistakes but made 1

Hate speech skips chat restrictions. You should also be aware that your next punishment for chat offenses(no matter how minor) in the next 3 months will get you a permanent ban.

It was one word. one word for a suspension. Not even spelled correctly or fully or any way. Is there any way I can show this to the officers or something because If I did offend someone I will take full blame and apologize by sending friend request and sending message. I couldve intended to mean nigahiga(youtuber) or something. It was even close to the right spelling.

Yes, without that word it probably would have been a chat restriction, but pushed it further so you got a more severe punishment. Its not like that was the only thing punishable you said either. You were dumping on people the entire game. Almost everything you said that game was punishable.

No, you can't apologize to get unbanned. If you want to take full blame, then you serve your sentance and not do it again.

If I was dumbping people in one game. League is supposed to give a warning. But not receiving one is it fair? i understant that if using a harsher word like"niga" which means nothin inappropriate or not even close to right. I completly nderstand that I deserve a chat restriction for a behavior or a week suspention but a 13 day suspention is too far for one ward that mens nothing inappropriate.

Not here to lie so it is a derogatory term but to a normal human reading that shouldnt be "oh this kid is abusive ON MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS" said it once not proper couldve have meant meany but in truth it was derogatory but still doesnt count fact that it couldve been something else. And wasnt picking on a specific kid. tecnically it was a 1v5 and they raged me to. So by saying one thing badwhich slipped accidently i get suspended. I wish they just made a perminant chat restriction insteyed of baning.

For starters, just because you only got chat logs for 1 game does not mean that it was the only game you were punished for. They send 1-3 chat logs as examples of your behavior. It also seems to draw a pretty strict line on when the games happened. So if the other offenses were a few weeks ago they wouldn't be listed.

But like I said, racism is 100% unacceptable in league, even 1 comment.

If it was triggered at all it would be this week so chat logs should be posted if then and second I understand its no acceptable but is no one seeing that one word which was wrong on my part was one mistake. What happened to a chat restriction or a week suspension but 13 days. Its a weird number and doesn't make sense for one instance in league career. And if i was offensive in others I should see it only makes sense and riot is clearly not dumb and would post more if I did more,

We already went over this. Hate speech gets escalated to 14 day bans and permanent bans. Racist comments are considered severe and automatically skip you top 14 day ban or permanent ban, depending on your punishment history. I don't know what else to tell you. The 2 week ban is your warning. The next time(next time for anything, not just racism) it is a permanent ban.

It is just an examples that is it. It isn't a comprehensive list of everything you have done, although in this case it might be both. This games chat log is a perfect example, there is no need to see more. Almost every single thing you said was negative, the racism was just the cherry on top.

We are just going in circles so unless you have something else I guess I am done here. You don't seem to have any understanding of the severity of your actions and after seeing you give similar replies to multiple people I don't think there is anything I can do to change that either.

Two things.

First off, the "I agree" thing is only in regards to the leaver buster system, to agree to stay in games, there is no "I agree" to stop being toxic. Also, you wont always get a warning that you have recently been reported, if you were overwhelmingly reported, you will go straight to punishment.

Secondly, you acted very toxic. I looked at the first 4 lines of your chat log and already knew the ban was justified. Do not waste your time contacting support, they will not even consider unbanning you. Be grateful it was 2 weeks not permanent. If you act like this again your account will be permanently suspended, you will need to reform or find a new game.

Quit league if you are trash? and is trash offensive? probably to riot yes which makes no sens. AND THEY SHOULD PLAY WITH BOTS.(probably still feed) but the bots can deal with that. Secondly, can i just leave the game by leaving i mean walking up and down the map not helping my team. Becasue they are waste of time and soul. MAKE A 1v1 for league where ug et ranked for that. SKILLS CAN BE PROVEN. 5v5 is only based on ure bleping team."Is bleeping a bad word" so can I substitute the F word for blep you. IS that allowed. People can handly the realiity of league then just quit or play with bots learn before u play.
