I ingored him and continued to plan out my strategy for the Ekko top the enemy chose. He continued to swear and then picked Teemo and said, "Report me f***** n*****."

Racism and hate speech is what these kids drive on, can we please implement a system to report extremely toxic players during champ select so these players can be punished without also having to suffer a loss just to report them.
