One thing to get shutdown by enemy team followed up by getting ignored by my own and receive question marks/flame. I'm not toxic but I like to 15, this game just happened to be unusual both game and chat wise tho why is there no context??

"not toxic" isn't exactly a descriptor I'd ascribe to this chat. You're constantly harassing your team, insulting their intelligence, and openly declaring that you hope your team loses. You make no effort to not insult people, so no - you definitely are toxic.

If by "context" you mean "any chat besides your own", the reason why there's no "context" is because you are punished for your behavior alone, nobody else's. You are held to the rules at all times, and it doesn't matter if someone else broke them first, or broke them in a worse manner than you did, the rules still apply to you.

OP claims underserved than we see the chat logs OP starts already to be toxic in champ select. You earnt this mate you from the start already insult people and continu with that in game and even post game.
