Why is it bannable to flame your support?

They do nothing throughout the whole game except making vision. If they're going to do nothing but waiting to get carried, let us atleast vent our frustration on them

Sooooo by that logic, anytime your team loses it's all the ADC's fault for not doing their job and they should get reported and banned?

I mean if they are the deciding force in the game and they don't win, it's 100% their fault right?

But really you do nothing other than flaming your support anyway, at least the poor supports are actually doing something productive unlike you.

You mean the single most powerful/important mechanic of the game? Vision = knowledge. Knowledge = power.

Even if the support does nothing but runs around providing and denying key vision, they've contributed more to the game than any arbitrary carry. Because that vision a) enables the rest of his team to do their jobs, b) prevents the enemy team from doing their jobs, c) creates otherwise-impossible strategic opportunities, d) prevents the enemy team from executing those same strategies.

Add in peels, shields, heals, lockdowns, engages, disengages, and body-blocking? And I'd say there's few - if any - other roles that consistently contribute as much to the overall success of the team.

Even if they aren't dealing massive amounts of damage - and I've been in the position multiple times as support to 100-0 enemy solo-laners.
