Too Many Script Controlled Players

I'm starting to see a huge increase in bot/script controlled players in my game. Sometimes it's not obvious if they are bots (some new bots are getting really good at pretending to be human such as calling lane and pinging even) but the common factor is the repetitive movement/actions you can see them doing, and always getting terrible scores for 20-30 games in a row. I've seen enough bots now that it's pretty easy to tell them apart from new players, but not always.

Take a look at this Ashe bot I had last game, keep in mind this player is LEVEL 27, they've been ruining games for 27 levels:

She wasn't feeding as much as the other bots usually do, but she was definitely useless. She would go mid and attack them under turret let herself get hit 2-3 times then the enemy gets a free kill, then she revives but stays AFK for 30 seconds and repeats the tower dive again. The bots almost always go mid, except a few.

These newer bots are becoming a huge problem though because they are getting good at not being detected- I've seen some bots now that will ping "on my way" although obvious because they always ping in the exact same spots Some bots will also call lane, like say 'mid' right at the beginning of the game. Some bots also now even say 'help!' when theyre getting attacked, or sometimes for no reason at all

Some of these bot designers were courteous and made it so their bots only play in Co Op vs AI.. but plenty of these bots are playing in Normals, especially in ARAM and TT, it's funny until you are having a good game only to have it ruined by something worse than AFK.
