Champ Select Needs a "Vote to kick X player" Button

I am so sick and tired of being the man who dodges champ select to avoid a loss because X player is picking something troll, and says they're going to troll with it. Sometimes it's someone who was autofilled to support, who then asks to play another role and says they will int otherwise, and sometimes it's just some masochistic child whose op.gg shows a 20 game streak with an average kda of .12 on shaco adc.

To me, this is the most obvious current problem within ranked that I believe also has an easy solution: a "Kick" button. When it's blatantly obvious that champ select has a rotten egg, the four sane people on the team should be able to boot that person and trigger a re-queue. Thoughts?

Lol I keep seeing enemies get autofilled to support when they're mid mains and playing, say, Ahri or Ziggs support. Saw both of those today, actually.

Ahri sat there complaining about how awful her Ekko (my lane opponent - I counter picked him with Kassadin and he didn't know how to deal with that) was and I completely fucked their entire team up that game.

Ziggs actually didn't outright say that he was autofilled, but he was playing Ziggs support and built full damage, so I'd imagine he was. I was also autofilled to support that game and my Thresh play with my Jhin adc completely ruined their Vayne/Ziggs, but then we proceeded to get completely fucked by Vayne late game and Jhin not getting fed enough to carry our team (even though Vayne was at one point literally 0/8).

This idea comes up numerous times and the core problem still remains of it being abused, either by a premade or trying to force a pick/champ on someone. Another issue being trolls could use it as a tool to help troll. Duo que and boom! No way someone can be kicked anyways.

So what about people who dont want you playing a certain champion? Or people in teams/duos who want a certain role/champion? While this has been brought up numerous times. They main argument against it is people who will abuse it. Because we all know how people are in this game, you cannot deny that people will abuse it by either voting to kick someone because they dont like a certain champion you (or someone else) is playing, or voting because they want a role you (or someone else has) its going to cause more problems before it fixes the main problem.

Then of course you will have people who will vote to kick with the intentions to dodge a match. If you look up your teammates, and see your opponents team and seeing them having the advantage, what is stopping someone from voting to kick a random person just to get out of it? In the perfect world something like this could work, because people would only use it for people who trolls or are toxic in the champ select. But sadly people will only use this to get back at people, or troll themselves.
