Client Crashes in Ranked Champ Select

I've experienced multiple cases in the past week in which my client crashes during champ select in ranked games. Is Riot aware of this problem, and if so, is it possible to detect that a crash has occurred in order to remove the associated LP loss? It's happening enough that I'm starting to get frustrated.

Edit: It happened again and this time prevented me from trading champs.....so we had to remake. Seriously, this is the fourth time this week. I'm bleeding LP like crazy xD plz rito
