Fix the matchmaking

I can deal with having a bad player (attitude/tilted) every like 2 out of 7 games but man riot you really need to either ban these people or freaking fix the matchmaking up. Like I just 4 out of my last 5 ranked solo games with someone that is either tilted or is bad or has a bad outlook of the game, and it is really starting to make me think they are right and this might be a big waste of time to invest in and keep playing the game. I enjoy playing the game and the competitiveness, but I can't deal with people who don't have the same outlook of the game. What I am saying is that if these people get even 3 maybe 2 reports they should be banned for at least a day, and of course the reports have to be reasonable. Maybe riot can set up a system where is they detect a player being toxic by people reporting them out of nowhere for two games straight or maybe check the game and see if they were being toxic or intentionally feeding. Because I feel like the report system that we have currently is just there to be there and it actually does nothing. Like maybe if 2 or more people report them in one game they should get some sort of punishment that stops them from playing for like maybe 2 hours or so and if they get reported 2 or more times they get some sort of ban and then the punishment keeps stacking. I feel like the punishment people get isn't good enough like being chat banned, like what? That does nothing on how they play the game or the outlook they have on the game atm, if you punish them and they can still play it will only get worse from there, their going to get tilted even more from seeing they are chat banned and think riot is stupid and feed the game, then the 4 people playing might not want to play the game anymore after having that horrible experience. My conclusion is that people who get reported in multiple games back to back or maybe a few exceptional games like they get reported 2 or more times in one game and next game they don't get reported and then reported the next game for something they should receive some sort of message saying they can't play for a certain amount of time. Maybe put a kind message saying something like we see you're having a bad time and then stop them from playing ranked for like maybe and hour or so, only from ranked they can play normal or any other game mode.
