Client Feature Bug

When I go to my profile to use the new client feature to customize my profile, it either disappears or doesn't activate and disappears again. I want to customize my profile and I can't find anyone who knows how to fix it or any reports about it so maybe it's just me or no one knows about it because it just disappears.
