You should have received an email explaining the reason for your ban, with a reform card in your client and email if it was for chat offenses. If you got it but don't understand why it resulted in a ban, please post it in this chat so we can review it with you.

If you want to talk to someone who can help you, first, drop the attitude and stop with the profanity. Then, open a support ticket and politely ASK Riot why.
RIot doesn't usually address player questions on this topic on the forums.
If you can't do that like a mature person, then I will simply report your posts and you can risk being banned from the forums due to your lack of self control.

Hmmm lets see. First of all are u riot? (because i want to talk with someone who can help me)
In the message riot games list all my bad language but until now i recived chat ban so wtf is this suspense suddenly. And you said in message "both players will be penalized" . Players who abuse me were penalized? (rhetorical question) OFC NO. And trollers who make me lost 2 games? Nope And players who said "easy noob," when kill me and after "easy like UR MOM" were penalized? Sure they play right now and destroy other players games and make them angry. AND A MAN WHEN IS ANGRY USE BAD LANGUAGE because it is human.

Can you post the chat logs you received? We aren't Riot, but we can help point out where you can improve to avoid getting a permaban.
As to why it went from chat restrictions to a 2-week ban, that's how the system works right now:
10-game chat restriction
25-game chat restriction
2-week suspension
Permaban
You are responsible for your own actions. Don't worry about what level punishment other people may or may not be receiving.
