PROMOTION BIG BUG i want a compensation

I just entered in promotin for silver 2. I lost a match and after i played 1 more and i won. After i looked in my history and i didn't see the woon game and the lost game and i looked on my lague profile and i was in promotion without a won or lost game. After 3 hour in my history the 2 matches emarged but in my lague profile i was not in promotion and i had just 90 LP. Riots are you stupid or what? I want a compensation!!! By the way an error occurred for six time when i tryed to enter in duo rank game with a fried. SIX TIME in row.
