The Report Feature is Detrimental to Casual Play

Imagine you queue jungle in a Normal game, your ADC takes your starting red buff, your bottom then wipes within the first five minutes followed by your ADC immediately D/C'ing for the remainder of the game, and you get your account suspended.

I understand that the reporting system is overall healthy for Ranked play, but players in casual should not be punished for being forced into overly-lengthy matches that are not what they queued into. There is no 4v5 queue and the casual community shouldn't have to endure corrective action for not wanting to play it.

I know that Riot can implement filters to review chat logs when deemed necessary and efficiently ban offensive players. Enjoyment from a 4v5 is purely subjective and players shouldn't be punished for having a different opinion.

None of those events you described would result in your account being suspended. The punishments are only for your actions, not others.

You haven't mentioned what exactly you were banned for. But regardless of your punishment you're responsible for your behavior. If you want people to give an opinion specifically on your punishment then you're going to need to give the details such as chat logs (in the case of chat behavior punishment) or match history link (in the case of intentional feeding/trolling). As well as saying if you've had any punishments in the past, because the system assigns more harsh penalties to those that have been punished recently.

No. I will not imagine that, because it will not happen. Your account does not EVER get suspended for the actions of another. Your account is suspended for your actions. You do not get to violate the rules just because someone else did first.

Perhaps there should be a casual mode where you can dick around and come and go as you please. But it's not in Normals cause no one can just leave or take another summoner's place. So you're still expected to play and try to win the game. You can't go and int because someone else played poorly and left the game, that's just not how it works.
