As for the PSA, Riot does not acknowledge that "kneeger" is a racist slur. The toxic individual above stated EXACTLY "can you kneeger kys" in the game (I screenshotted and sent to Riot support) and he is still playing to this day. Can anyone defend this garbage?

FYI: Pre-game and Post-game lobby chat is recorded. Reports can check for that stuff, putting into the notes that it happened in either lobby helps.

I don't recall EVER calling the system perfect. It has its fucking problems and I don't deny that.

If you have a perfect replacement system for handing out punishments correctly all the time every time with 100% accuracy, then by all means please share it!

They want feedback already. They know it's not perfect and are always trying to improve it. It's NOT an easy process or fix.

Go to the Reddit discussions that Riot does on occasion and talk about it. Discuss it on this sub-section of the boards.

These are great ways to communicate with them. Will they reply? It's never guaranteed but it's very likely they will see it. Just don't have only destructive criticism. Constructive criticism goes a long way.

If only they would have "constructive criticism" with "toxic" players. I admit, I had 2 accounts that got banned a few years back because of bad toxicity, but I never went to the depths to tell people to kill themselves or anything. Meanwhile, 3-4 years later, trolls and int'rs are still allowed to roam freely. Seriously, the banning system they have in place right now could be programmed by someone that read Beginning Programming for Dummies.

By the way, they don't check stuff in pre-game/post-game lobby. They may record it, but it's never used as justification for punishment. Reports don't check for that stuff.

It is and can lead to punishments. Problem is that it doesn't show up in reform cards from punishments.

Wrong! You may or not see it yet on the boards but it does have an impact if reported correctly.

I've had multiple games where players use bannable phrases in post-game chat and they continue to play. Feel free to prove me otherwise. Otherwise, quit spreading false information.

Previously, pre/post game chat toxicity was punished under manual review only.

Due to a certain incident, some claim that pre-game chat is now monitored through the IFS. But I can't confirm / deny that, as my source is probably not that reliable in the first place.

That said, manual reviews are severely back logged, some reports don't even mention the toxicity in pre/post game chat in the logs, which further clouds/slows down the manual review process.
