There needs to be s teething better to handle trolls. We get bot duo trolls who just intentionally feed, run around, do stupid things. You cant even surrender because its 2 of them and you need 4/5 votes to surrender.
There needs to be a better option for surrendering, or a harsher punishment for trolls.

Unless people just stop playing the games this will always be a problem in any online game. The developers want the money, period, the health of their game and anything else is and always will be secondary. I really wish that everyone who plays league would just log off all at once for a week and see what Riot does then. Of course that will never happen but it needs to because the people at Riot are asleep collecting the green stuff.

Exactly my point. There are just not enough people who give a shit about the health of the game to take a stance like that and make Riot do something about their poor management practices when it comes to the player base. The solo players are the ones who really lose out in this regard. Technically it's discrimination against those who just want to play the game alone but you don't see Riot doing shit about that. It's impossible to change it.
