FULL EXPLANATION:

Basically, I was playing on my account from last season to the start of this season, until I went away on holiday, so I basically gave my account to one of my friends and that he said he wouldn't do any harm towards it at all, and that, say 2-3 months later, I receive a text saying, "sorry but I took your account and if u want it back, come on discord", and I came back on discord today, and that he gave me my account back to me, and that he said "oh yeah its got a 14 day ban for toxicity" so I basically flipped with him, and that he said sorry and everything, and I was wondering if I could be able to play on my account again, since I'm the one whos down all the hard work, and my friend just ruins it by getting it banned

This is precisely one of the reasons account sharing is a violation of the Terms of Use; when you allow someone to use your account, you will be held responsible for any actions they take on it. Unfortunately, player support will absolutely not remove this punishment. Take it as a lesson to keep your account safe and to yourself, and keep in mind that the penalty tier after a 14 day ban is a permanent one, so until you have played enough to decay a tier your account will be at risk of a permaban if you are showing negative behavior.

What a douche of a friend. Cut him out of your life. A League account isn't the biggest deal, even one with a bunch of RP purchases, but that sort of callous disregard of others' property speaks volumes of his character.
