Full explanation of 14 day ban

Basically, I was playing on my account from last season to the start of this season, until I went away on holiday, so I basically gave my account to one of my friends and that he said he wouldn't do any harm towards it at all, and that, say 2-3 months later, I receive a text saying, "sorry but I took your account and if u want it back, come on discord", and I came back on discord today, and that he gave me my account back to me, and that he said "oh yeah its got a 14 day ban for toxicity" so I basically flipped with him, and that he said sorry and everything, and I was wondering if I could be able to play on my account again, since I'm the one whos down all the hard work, and my friend just ruins it by getting it banned

Better Explanation: Basically, when I gave him my account. he stole it off me after, I basically changed the password, and he still had my email address, and that when I came back off my holidays he had basically stolen my account, and told me to add him on his new name, and that I feel shocked that he did that, and that when I read through the rules after he did that, I was like oh damn, and then I tried to get my account back through my email, which I did, because I had TID, and that I got on my account and its banned for 14 days, which end on the 9th, but I feel like I've been scammed from playing the game which I grind every single day of my life, and that I don't want to grind smurfs., and I want my main account back for good
