Has Anybody Else Noticed...?
Every time you add someone to your Friend List, you no longer randomly queue with or against them.
But the moment u report someone, you queue with them constantly and often consecutively.

Reason: if you are immediately re-queueing, chances are the person you just reported is queueing at the same time, which massively increases the likelihood you'll be put together.
If you're not queing at the same time as people on your friend's list you're not going to get matched with them. Last season when I was low diamond, I actually qued with people I knew or had on my friend's list quite frequently.
I was playing with my irl friends and recognized a name. It was someone on my friends list. Only happened once in my 5 or 6 years of playing LoL. Was pretty crazy though. As far as people I reported, I havent as far as I recall.. but maybe I have. I dont remember all those names, and theyre not on a list that I see often, like people on my friends list. Ive also only once ran into someone i recognized from the forums. Keep in mind though, theres a lot more players in my shitty division, than there are in gold and above, so my chances are much lower.
