Coaching Game Mode for Honor

The honor system isn't polished, and toxic players are still running rampant. What do you think about a coaching gamemode where new players can get on voice comms with a player who wants to reform from dishonorable account status, or just to gain honor. The experienced player will spectate and actually coach a live game of the newbie playing with and against other pairs. After the game the coach receives a rating from the new player that can be used in aggregate to gain honor.

Would this help promote community while reducing toxicity? It could also make the transition easier for new players to improve at the game, as well as test the knowledge of experienced players.

I think the idea is really really rough around the edges, but I love the essence of it. I have often wondered why Riot doesn't do more to develop coaching, mentorship, and overall opportunities to learn the game. I love this idea of a mode.

It won't reduce toxicity, but I think it's a good idea to have the toxics do some community service.

no to both parts of the question, no to the idea of community service, no to an official coaching mode, just no.

the point is to play a video game, guys.
