How do you deal with someone taking champ select hostage?

Bot and support were premade, someone banned Vayne, our botlaner picked Twisted Fate with Cleanse and Ghost and the support picked Evelynn with Ghost and Ignite. How do you even deal with this, since you cannot report the players because when you mail Riot Games support about it they say you need to sit the game out and report after the game, but I'm not wasting 15+ minutes and 15+ LP for such people, can we please get a report option in the client where you don't have to sit out the entire fucking game that is lost anyway?
