For the millionth time, fix your report system. Players, don't be scum

I know there's a million posts like this and it's pretty shit that riot doesn't care, but I'm here to vent so here goes.

I've encountered so many trolls in this game that it's starting to get old. I had a game where a player intentionally banned my jungle, picked blitz, rushed mobis, and roamed the whole game; stopping at lanes to sit still and die. When I check his history, this guy had been doing the same thing 3 games in a row.

The fact that this can happen consistently is based on two things.

• Riot's automated report system doesn't always work.
• People don't report.

The second is something the community can change. You get a free win, don't be scum and just leave immediately. Leave a report. I know it's hard for people to do anything extra, but it's a small thing and can help immensely if it becomes a trend.

Notes: "If you're bothered don't play. This is how it'll always be." - People who say this have already given up. They're part of the problem. "Riot's report system only regards a single report" - This is true, but the more people that remember to report the higher the chance that a report is actually made.
