Disappearing Rune Page

I tried to create a new rune page during champ select and the rune page disappeared. Only the border shows and everything else just isn't there. (As in I can see through it all) I thought it was temporary but it lasts until you restart the client. Anyone else getting this issue?

My 11 saved ruin pages have all disappeared today .
