Intentional Feeding Detection still isn't good enough

In my most recent ranked game (as of the time of this post), our mid lane Akali died twice in the first 3 minutes and then started inting immediately. Finished 0/20/1 in 26 minutes. 20 deaths in 26 minutes. In a ranked solo/duo game. Even a newbie who just installed the game usually wouldn't die that much. The Akali wasn't even shy about intentionally feeding either. She kept all chatting the enemies saying stuff like "yo Jhin im coming" or "hey kha come to baron for free kill". And the worst of it all, she said in the chat stuff like "i dont usually do this so i wont get banned" and "Riot wont ban me."

Well clearly she was right. I'm posting this around 20 hours after the game ended and I see she has played another game, and I have yet to receive an Instant Feedback notification. Seriously, how is this stuff getting by? I understand not being able to catch the "silent" inters who buy the right items and do damage and farm before suiciding, but this guy died TWENTY TIMES in 26 minutes while BRAGGING about how she would get away with it and literally telling the enemy where she was going to be for the next free kill.

There should be no second chance for this. I understand giving chances for toxic chat since people (myself included) might flame out of overwhelming emotion but come on. This person was out to ruin a game and bragged about it and got by.

The following is conjecture;

Looks like this person got one more game in after the game in question then just... stopped. I've seen bans (even ones for chat behavior) get delayed by a couple of games after the final straw.

Given this player seems to play multiple times on a daily basis, and they haven't played at all in the past 20 hours, I would say there's a fair chance that the system caught them.

Gameplay can take longer to punish. You aren't guaranteed an instant feedback report. If you feel so strongly, submit a support ticket. Although they still won't tell you if they punish someone.

First offense for gameplay inting is a 14 day ban.

From what I have gathered.

If a person is feeding for some strange reason it takes riot multiple days just to catch them.

I played a ranked game some time today and the person has been inting games for almost a week and still has not been banned

Though flaming said person can catch you a ban within 5 minutes so.

riot rather ban flamers in chat then griefers who cause most of the salt and toxicity in the first place. Oh and they needed half a year to paywall champ stats so who knows how long it'll take for them to fix their system

First of all, that's horrible and I honestly don't want to experience that myself (even tho I have multiple times ofc...)

Second, I'm not sure if you are allowed to witch Hunt a player, because we can clearly see who you mean and stuff. Riot doesn't like that, generally, they want you to post those concerns to their support.

Third, I really have no idea how this player can still be unbanned lol. Like you get insta banned for writing certain words in chat, but this is fine? That's honestly weird. I would say a Bug, but then again Riot isn't the best with doing this stuff.
