Ever since the new loading screen rolled out, every 1 in 5 games I get stuck in the loading screen. Sometimes after 5-6 minutes, I hear game sounds while still being stuck, to which I'm then forced to force quit the game client and reconnect. This was never an issue before the new loading screen. Video settings are already on the minimum. I've already tried the repair tool. This is utterly ridiculous and now I have my 2nd lower priority queue. A number of my friends have experienced this too, so it's not just me.

Is this the problem that streamer had? I remember seeing a clip of a dude who was sitting in the loading screen waiting, then out of nowhere the "DEFEAT" screen popped up because his team hit the remake button. Sat there for 3 extra minutes after 100% and received LP penalties.

I wonder if this is related to the issue with people getting stuck at 100% but not technically connecting the way you describe. I get something similar, but without in-game sounds.

This happens to me, too! Second lower priority queue. I just posted a discussion about it. It's making me not want to play anymore. I don't want to wait 20 mins in low priority queue just for it to happen again, and get no credit towards 1 out of 5 low priority games.. Ugh.
