Being insulted in game

So I keep getting insulted in game, mainly being called a retard, autistic and I even had 1 person say he hoped my mum dies of cancer( did RIOT do anything, NO). May I remind you RIOT that cyber bullying is a real thing and some people are definitely suffering from this. The last one is especially offensive especially if you lost someone to cancer. Now riot don't seem to be doing anything about this kind of behaviour and I am unsure why, whatever the excuse is it is not good enough. So RIOT either you start banning these people who insult others because they are either playing bad themselves, another team member is having a bad game or for whatever reason they decide to insult someone else in a kind of nasty way, or you will lose many of your players who just want to play a game for some fun. This game is no fun anymore too many raging players insulting people and nothing gets done to stop them, every game someone insults another player, why don't you put a ban on all offensive words instead of the swear words that would solve half of the problems, the other thing to do is to ban these people. This is a game RIOT, something for fun, not to be insulted, if someone did that in RL they would get the crap beat out of them, oh wait there's an idea maybe we should see how many people there are out there who suffer with this problem themselves and we can group up, anyone fancy some road trips to show these teenage kids or whoever they are that just because they something online does not mean they can get away with? Obviously that last part is a joke, but RIOT be aware one day one of these players are going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person and get in serious trouble and you RIOT should be held accountable for that as you doing the bare minimum to deter this kind of behaviour anymore, I am not surprised people are leaving this game, I am sure the abusive nature of some games has made people leave, along with the long wait times in higher elo's, afk's and trolling.Oh and fleecing your gamers you have left to spend at least $300 to get either an hextech annie or soulstealer vayne skin just shows you do not care about anything other than the money you can get from people, i know it is a business, but businesses that don't look after their customers start losing customers and eventually they have very few left, bare that in mind RIOT for the future. Ok well rant over sorry to all of you who read this and disagree with my opinions, I wish you all happy gaming, me I am off to find a different game I hear OverWatch is good, I wonder how many of you I will see over there.:-)
