Okay, so this game...

I was Cassiopeia vs A Yi mid.

When our allied Yi and Gnar went on a giant goosechase and I didn't follow, Zilean and gnar started to ask if I was a first time cass, and gnar accused me of dancing in the river. I told zilean it wasn't my first time, and he asked again and I again said no. He than said "If not uninstall league?". I said something along the lines of "Or i could report you?". Than he said "Wow Cass please don't tell me to kill myself".

From this point, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY ALLIES starts spamming all chat telling them to report myself, and calling me toxic, accusing me of death threats and telling people to get cancer.

I Literally did nothing. I don't even think I cursed in the game. Literally the only negative thing I said was "Or I could report you?"

That's it.

Please @riot, if you could review the chat logs and do something? I got falsely reported. I always read these qq threads and just assume the person was actually being toxic but now that it happened to me.... just wow.

*I am also sending this to support, so yeah, don't tell me to do that"

NINJA EDIT: Also, sorry for my crappy paint picture. It should be noted i got the "You're Toxic" alert AS I WAS REPORTING THEM.

Not so ninja edit: Changed the paint picture because It was too much to handle xD

The warning is automatic, Riot's way of making sure some feedback happens ASAP while they verify things. If you did nothing wrong it will count against them, not against you.

I bet they were all a team, or 4 players who kno each other. One of them Hates, the rest follow. Could you edit and Include Names?

As stated by others, it's automatic. The real problem is how poorly worded Riot's automatic warnings and popups are. It basically states that several reports on a certain behavior type PROVE that you're guilty of that category of behavior. This is a) not true and b) not how the tribunal handles it.

From a lot of people's perspective, this is an insignificant issue. But from my perspective (which is correct), wordings that are inherently dishonest are immoral.

One personal anecdote on this: I never ever rage quit games, but ONCE I had to leave a game to go deal with something. Was a while back, can't remember what. But after that, I got a message from Riot that included a box I had to check stating that I would never leave a game again. "Yes, Riot, I promise never ever to have an emergency that will cause me to prioritize anything else in the world, including things that are ACTUALLY important in my life, over one petty League match that is utterly irrelevant in comparison and should be." These type of dishonest official statements are standard, but as I stated, immoral. You shouldn't have to either a) lie or b) tolerate a lie posted in your face for no good reason.

Riot, don't make me request the option to mute you.
