My account was perma banned from league a few months ago because I was extremely toxic. I feel that I have had a long enough break from league that I have realized how to control myself now. I understand if my account is gone forever but I just want to know if there is a chance. Thanks.
If it was about toxic behaviour like you said already then there is no chance to get it unbanned.
The only reason riot unbans accounts is that it was a mistake or it was about a RP payment problem.
