Perma banned for visuals

I Got permabanned for 3rd party program if that refers to visuals changer but i cant get full answers from support,and also getting permabanned without warning is so harsh i just didnt know it was against eula

What programs were you using? No Its Not its just hud,log screen,skins,custom skins , not even jungle timer

That is typically not punished (though I can't exactly verify the accuracy of your claim). To contest a ban, submit a Support Ticket, and provide as much information as you can on what programs you use.

Even mk jogo gives only jungle timers that i can know if press tab

I'm not familiar with MKjogo/LoL, I just know that it does more than that and they will ban you for having it.

I havent used mk jogo since s5, and you can check mk jogo to know if it gives any edge

So key-word software that interacts with (League OF Legends) so if someone created a new 3rd party database with mathmatics for Runes, masteries, etc I Think it would be possible to use a cell-phone app, or even a completely different computer for doing this on which all your friends could download, and when a player uses flash for example you press a key on the keyboard and it starts a count down timer for that said champion which will notify you and everyone else running the app when their skills are down and such (Technically) this is legal because its not automated and doesn't interface with League OF Legends, and as far as I know a person can look at players active masteries and ability before the game even starts making it easy to run a external API to do such?

Although I doubt anyone is going to do this.

If you used MK-Jogo, the best thing you can do is submit a support ticket to Riot Games, let them know (What you used) be honest to them, tell them you didn't know it was illegal, and you read the policy about 3rd party software and you are sorry for running such, and truly understand how using MKjogo provided an unfair advantage...

. Doesn't matter if you just used for skinning or not because League OF Legends, sends your computers hardware ID to their servers as well as your Processes which is how they detect your likely cheating and just ban.

. The next step is to uninstall MKJOGO and any other 3rd party mods, Uninstall League OF Legends all together, (Reinstall it clean) DO NOT MODIFY ANYTHING, and hopefully get your account back and a chance to prove that you can play without using such.

idk why iam getting downvotes all i just made a stupid mistake and lost acc and i want another chance and people just down vote me like i hack banks or something
