So I Already Posted and got Nothing useful all that has happend is that i used hud,skins,loadscreens software and my all my hardwork on the acc goes to waste without even a warnning i didnt know it was against the rules and support isnt helping and iam not a scripter and they dont even want to give me any thing about the ban (why,when) and this is the unfair reply i get Hello Goldcloak,

I investigated your account again to be sure that the account did use scripts, and after looking it doesn't seem like we made a mistake. Our system has very clear evidence that this account was in violation of our Terms of Use due to the usage of exploits, hacks, scripts or third party programs.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all actions taken on your account regardless of whether you were the one who used these programs or not. This is why account sharing and selling is strictly against the Terms of Use.

To protect the integrity of our investigative methods, I will not be sharing more detailed evidence or specific details. We will not be lifting the ban on this account under any circumstances.

You had to agree to Riot's Terms of Service when you installed the game and after every patch.

They are very clear that they do not allow third-party programs. Unless they have specifically whitelisted the specific program, don't use it.

Ignorance does not excuse the violation of ToS.

As a general rule, Riot does not provide any information regarding how or when they detected the violation for third-party applications. This information could be used by the application developers to attempt bypassing Riot's detection software.

Their official policy is that if it alters your experience between pressing the "Play" button and seeing the Victory/Defeat screen, it isn't allowed.

They may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but that isn't a blanket permit allowing it.

k i get it was wrong but do i realy deserve to lose my acc perma for it without even 1 pop up warning ?

LoL is not a traditionally mod supported game. Its just not that type of game. It is competitive by nature, and generally mods can easily create unfair advantages in that environment. You should have been looking for what was allowed before doing any modding.

Heck even in a game that is traditionally mod supported, I still go online to check and see what is allowed and supported. At the very least so that if something goes wrong, I know not to blame anyone but myself.

if visual mods gives advantage then paying users get an edge , i cant see why you are taking their side that much ?

I didn't say anything about visual mods giving an advantage. I said generally mods can give an advantage. Generally in a competitive game you check for what mods are allowed regardless of what you think is harmless, because the game owners are the ones who set the rules and who decides what programs are acceptable.
