So I got banned for 14 days and well simply it's not respecting the rules league set out to respect. Can I bring them to court?

Keep in mind I was doing pretty average top from 2 jax ganks and I was like 0-3 as my j4 support started flaming me in all chat telling ennemies to report me for inting. I didn't insult him, I didn't flame him back, I defended myself at most and yet I get "abuse behaviour" etc etc 14 day suspension. There's abuse and there's ""Abuse"". I don't go around calling people N words or F words but I get punished like i'm tyler 1 running it down mid. I wasted too much of my life on this game and at this point I wish I could stop but league's made me addicted to this more then a drug addict is to cocaine. And everyone fucking sees the company could care less about anything but profit so that's what i'm wondering, can I sue them for wrongfully punishing account, and also can that be used retroactively on other accounts.

You got yourself caught up into detrimental arguments and rallied for reports against J4. You had the option to mute them and report them, but instead you chose to fuel their flaming.

You can try to sue them, but you'd lose. You don't have a case. You broke the rules, whether you believe it or not. Your punishment was not issued in error.

Rallying for reports is against the rules, and your detrimental arguing and negative behavior going back and forth with the J4 doesn't help your case either.

Next time, if someone starts flaming you, just mute them, report them, and move on.

Technically, you can sue anyone for anything.

However, as Umbral said, you have basically no case. Riot can handle the entire thing by bribing some guy on the street with a sandwich, because your odds of actually winning are zero. You broke the rules, they removed you from their private property, and their EULA that you agreed to says that nothing you bought here is actually yours.

You signed the terms of agreements when you first made your account and again with every patch, you wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court.

In the ToU, you basically give up all rights to pursue court action. You can sure try, but in nearly every situation, you will be forced into arbitration (thanks to the most broad, anti-consumer arbitration laws).
