Which is more likely?

Which is more likely:

  1. A multibillion dollar company is lying about their player behavior systems because their team of hundreds of employees sits around all day and doesn't actually code a player behavior system.

  2. People are legitimately punished and do not accept that the community does not appreciate their behavior.

  3. Actually all chat logs Riot provides are fake and all the messages sent in chat are sent by bots that Riot programmed to get people punished in the game that spent a lot of money.

Just looking to get the community's general consensus on what the most likely theory is with regards to punishment systems.

Riot Sanjuro was caught doing something unprofessional about bans not so long ago... that from as u said: "A multibillion dollar company". And he was the head of player experience.

Pick me, Pick me! I can guarantee to you that all software developers just sit around and come up with excuses. I know, I'm a developer myself. I mean, we even have a go to response for people who question our goofing off:

@Chermorg I think this is the best post I have seen in a long time ... the amount of +1 gold stars an any other up vote rating system is unquantifiable

  • wonders how many people are going to deny the answer is 2 *

I have yet to see a ban that was not deserved.
