I feel like this is slightly unfair

So I was recently suspended for 14 days for the following reasons accordingly to chatlogs:

Game 1 Pre-Game xDraconicDrakus: Fuck. xDraconicDrakus: Lux. xDraconicDrakus: No. xDraconicDrakus: Actually. xDraconicDrakus: Swap me. xDraconicDrakus: Lol. xDraconicDrakus: Gl with Lux. xDraconicDrakus: Lol.

[My Comments for Pre-Game: I was speaking with my buddy who was a duo with me, and we discussed if we wanted to switch or not.]

[My Comments for In-Game: "xDraconicDrakus: pick the cotton %%%%%% boy" was a quote merely said to literally no one but myself. It was a quote thrown out of the blue even before minions even spawned on the fray. My only assumption was that I was reported for toxicity from a member from the enemy team because they were "salty," or something along those lines. "xDraconicDrakus: APE" was something regarding to myself because I made a sort of a play but die due to Tibbers. Followed up, Annie said "bird," so I said "bear." The text below it was me messing up a combo so I was making a simple comment out of it.]

I have seen cases of blatant racism and hate towards a race (in addition to hate speech) such as this merit an instant permanent ban. There is absolutely no question that saying something like that in League is never okay. Never. Ever. Forever.

I think you should be extremely glad you got lucky and weren't removed from the game altogether and get another chance.

I'm sorry, but there is absolutely no context in which "pick the cotton <black> boy" is acceptable in life.

Literally no context. Ever. Unless maybe if you were writing a book set in a time of slavery and that was a quote you were having one of the characters say. Maybe. Even then it may not be appropriate.

hate speech depends on the person using it yall say the n word is hate speech but it isnt it only is in that because yall are sensitive an make somthing a racial slur in theroy if the n word is a racial slur that means any word is a racial slur so u might as well ban every person in league

You may feel the punishment is unnecessary, but, let me ask you - was the hate speech necessary?

Your punishment was merited. You should know full well that hate speech isn't welcome anywhere. Riot expects you to know it, so they don't give you a chat restriction for first offenses - they bump you straight up to a 14-day ban.

If you're annoyed, bear that in mind next time you decide to make racist remarks "out of the blue".

He even throws the same stuff at me. Especially at the time when we were NOT in a voice channel we use the in-game chat. Speaking of which I am black so the words to me kinda falters. So if anyone is to be offended by my comment, it would likely be only be myself.

This being said,

There are plenty of other toxic player I did report, none of which I can confirm if they slipped or were punished, whom all did similar things to one simple comment directed to none other than me, These people dishing it to others and on a multitude amount of it.

Especially since this is my FIRST EVER punishment.

It does not matter if you had a duo queue partner, it does not matter if you normally talk in voice chat, it does not matter if you only directed it to yourself.

There is no way to prove that you're black, and regardless, you being of any ethnicity does not change the rules. The Terms of Use specifically state:

5.1. Can I troll, flame, threaten or harass people while using the Riot Services? (No. If you do, you might get banned.) While using the Riot Services, you must comply with all laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside. You must also comply with certain additional rules that govern your use of the Riot Services (the “Code of Conduct”). The Code of Conduct is not meant to be exhaustive, and we reserve the right to modify it at any time, as well as take appropriate disciplinary measures including account termination and deletion to protect the integrity and spirit of the Riot Services, regardless of whether a specific behavior is listed in the policy as inappropriate. The following are examples of behavior that warrant disciplinary measures:

The rules are immutable. Hate speech has no place in League.

So if anyone is to be offended by my comment, it would likely be only be myself.

Someone still reported you, so clearly, the likelihood of others taking offense is higher than you expect.

There is no excuse for hate speech. Period.

I UNDERSTAND your point. I agree to some extent, I was not trolling, but I probably only made this trend because of how angry I was when I saw the "suspension notice."

The whole intention to misspell it was for humor. Speaking of which, the misspelled version is suppose to be a sort of a inside joke, so I won't bother to go so in-depth.

I suppose the least I can do is apologize for wasting your time?
