Last chance, i got perma banned unfairly

According to RIOT moderators, this was a enough for them to ban me permanently, even after ive spent more than a 100 US dollars on their "Game", i don't say i should not get banned, but ive worked so hard for it that i can't just let it go like this, mainly because calling someone "useless" aint enough to get perma banned (its ridiculous) back in my days in 2010 when i palyed on World of Warcraft Servers, ppl had balls! u didnt cry about someone calling u useless or anything, kids playing this game are a bunch of crybabies and i don't say that is not quite frustrating to have someone flamming you for being a bad player, but perma banned? srsly i believe this is not fair, ive got banned before, ONLY bc of my chat and honestly thats ridiculous, what kind of fragile kids play now a days? no idea, but well, back to subject.

I understand that my behaviour is not "Sporstmanlike" but i can't just simply let this happen, i believe is not fair, u can mute my chat permanently if u want, but not my acc, i wont let that happen and if needed ill go to legal actions, rather to get my money back or idk, (Yes i am angry at this moment, but i am not smashing the keyboard, i am angry and sad), and here are goin to come the nice "ppl" "Its ur fault for being toxic" and shiet, well no, i am not being toxic, thats not being toxic, thats being frustrated at ur team, because i am on Bronze 5 coz of teams like this, that don't take this game for real, i want to get to the higher elos, i want to become one of the top players in the world, as pathetic as it sounds, and this ppl are just obstacles for this "dream" i have, u can check my profile and see how i have more than a 100 Ranked games, i went straight from silver 5 to Bronze 5, without takin on account that some games had a performance of "S+" on the champ i played, matches i had more than 42 kills and still lost, AND U MIGHT SAY "Oh u aint good coz u can't carry every game", Faker (Arguably the best player so far) doesnt have a 100% win rate either, he can't carry his team all the time either, AND I HAVE CARRIED ENTIRE GAMES MAKIN THE WHOLE COMEBACK BY MYSELF BUT I CANT WIN EVERY SINGLE MATCH AND U LOSE MORE LP PER DEFEAT THAN WHAT U EARN PER VICTORY.

Now i understand (again) i am a "rude" person, i apologize and i am willing to do whatever (i repeat whatever) to fix this, which is not a fair Ban, even if i have to apologize for each and every single of my "Toxic Comments" or to go and demand RIOT games (Yes this shit is serious for me) so the things i am willing to do is to do like a "Social Service" in order to repay my "unsporstmanlike" behaviour, i only want my account to get unbanned and thats all, because a few swearings are not worth all the time and money ive spent on it.

And just in case, i brought the game chat that got me banned, and i have to say that is not fair that i was not the only one flamming this Lee Sin player, so unless u perma ban the others as well this is twice as unfair.

While you may not believe it to be, if you are continually insulting others and calling them useless, even after being told that it is unacceptable behavior, then yes it will eventually result in a permanent ban. In fact, when you receive a 14 day suspension, in the reform card Riot tells you that you're next punishment will be a permanent ban. Riot does not want that kind of behavior, and if you don't change even after being told that you will be permanently banned for it, then I'm sorry to say, but that's on you.

So you have been banned before? I assume it was the 14 day ban, in which case, like I said above, Riot specifically tells you in your reform card that you're next punishment will be a permanent ban. It's on you that you didn't heed the warning.

Also, it's not that the people playing are "fragile" or anything like that. Rather, they play the game to relax and enjoy themselves during their leisure time. When people start flaming and harassing others, it becomes rather difficult to enjoy playing the game.

2 things here:

1.) Riot has experimented with infinitely scaling chat restrictions in the past, and they didn't find much success with it as it didn't work very well with their policy of reform. There were players with thousands of chat restricted games, and these players simply had no incentive to reform. Even if they did, they likely still had a couple thousand chat restricted games to work off. In the end, these players simply resorted to gameplay toxicity, like trolling/intentionally feeding, which takes a somewhat longer to punish in many cases because it can be harder to detect.

2.) Riot is within their legal rights to permanently ban an account and not offer any refunds, so legal action is really not going to do you any good.

I'm sorry to say, but there's really nothing you can do to get your account back. Riot does not lift any behavioral punishments unless they were given in error, and looking at the chat logs, I'd say that is not the case here. If you want to continue playing, then you're only choice is to create a new account. However, if you continue this same behavior on the new account, you're going to find yourself in the same situation you're in right now.

The punishment tiers are as follows:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

Since you said you were banned before in your post, I can only assume that this was the 14 day ban, in which case your next offense would result in a permanent ban. However, just because that's where you are in the punishment ladder does not mean the other players flaming the Lee Sin are in the same place. You've shown this type of unacceptable behavior frequently across many games, which is what lead to your permanent ban, be we don't know how often the other players behave like that. This behavior is very uncommon for them, or maybe they did get a punishment but it was a chat restriction, we don't know.

Unfairly? Are you joking?? Racism should never be tolerated. This might shock you but anyone can get fed in Bronze... It's where all the people who think they're good and only blame their team are every season. Also you're not even sorry for what you said.

About dealing with heavy teammates:

Even if you are right and Riot should let players say what they want, it is still a team game that requires cooperation to win. It is much easier to carry your teammates if they respect you and listen to you.

Repeatedly saying negative things about them and berating them after mistakes accomplishes the opposite of that. It angers them and makes them not want to listen to you.

So really, by acting that way you're just making the harassed person heavier to carry and you are hindering your own chances of winning.

About your punishment:

Calling someone useless one time wouldn't be punishable. It wouldn't be productive either, but it wouldn't be punishable.

On the other hand, repeatedly doing it to them throughout an entire game, berating them after every mistake... That is beyond counterproductive, it's also harassment. Riot believes that everyone playing their game has a right to enjoy it. If you get in the way of that by harassing them then Riot will remove you from the game.

Your very 1st thread was about this same subject. You were warned and given advice from people here before, 7 months or so ago. I'm not very sympathetic.

I absolutely dislike that you accuse others of what you clearly dislike about the game yet are doing right now.
