Last chance, i got perma banned unfairly

According to RIOT moderators, this was a enough for them to ban me permanently, even after ive spent more than a 100 US dollars on their "Game", i don't say i should not get banned, but ive worked so hard for it that i can't just let it go like this, mainly because calling someone "useless" aint enough to get perma banned (its ridiculous) back in my days in 2010 when i palyed on World of Warcraft Servers, ppl had balls! u didnt cry about someone calling u useless or anything, kids playing this game are a bunch of crybabies and i don't say that is not quite frustrating to have someone flamming you for being a bad player, but perma banned? srsly i believe this is not fair, ive got banned before, ONLY bc of my chat and honestly thats ridiculous, what kind of fragile kids play now a days? no idea, but well, back to subject.

I understand that my behaviour is not "Sporstmanlike" but i can't just simply let this happen, i believe is not fair, u can mute my chat permanently if u want, but not my acc, i wont let that happen and if needed ill go to legal actions, rather to get my money back or idk, (Yes i am angry at this moment, but i am not smashing the keyboard, i am angry and sad), and here are goin to come the nice "ppl" "Its ur fault for being toxic" and shiet, well no, i am not being toxic, thats not being toxic, thats being frustrated at ur team, because i am on Bronze 5 coz of teams like this, that don't take this game for real, i want to get to the higher elos, i want to become one of the top players in the world, as pathetic as it sounds, and this ppl are just obstacles for this "dream" i have, u can check my profile and see how i have more than a 100 Ranked games, i went straight from silver 5 to Bronze 5, without takin on account that some games had a performance of "S+" on the champ i played, matches i had more than 42 kills and still lost, AND U MIGHT SAY "Oh u aint good coz u can't carry every game", Faker (Arguably the best player so far) doesnt have a 100% win rate either, he can't carry his team all the time either, AND I HAVE CARRIED ENTIRE GAMES MAKIN THE WHOLE COMEBACK BY MYSELF BUT I CANT WIN EVERY SINGLE MATCH AND U LOSE MORE LP PER DEFEAT THAN WHAT U EARN PER VICTORY.

Now i understand (again) i am a "rude" person, i apologize and i am willing to do whatever (i repeat whatever) to fix this, which is not a fair Ban, even if i have to apologize for each and every single of my "Toxic Comments" or to go and demand RIOT games (Yes this shit is serious for me) so the things i am willing to do is to do like a "Social Service" in order to repay my "unsporstmanlike" behaviour, i only want my account to get unbanned and thats all, because a few swearings are not worth all the time and money ive spent on it.

And just in case, i brought the game chat that got me banned, and i have to say that is not fair that i was not the only one flamming this Lee Sin player, so unless u perma ban the others as well this is twice as unfair.

While you may not believe it to be, if you are continually insulting others and calling them useless, even after being told that it is unacceptable behavior, then yes it will eventually result in a permanent ban. In fact, when you receive a 14 day suspension, in the reform card Riot tells you that you're next punishment will be a permanent ban. Riot does not want that kind of behavior, and if you don't change even after being told that you will be permanently banned for it, then I'm sorry to say, but that's on you.

So you have been banned before? I assume it was the 14 day ban, in which case, like I said above, Riot specifically tells you in your reform card that you're next punishment will be a permanent ban. It's on you that you didn't heed the warning.

Also, it's not that the people playing are "fragile" or anything like that. Rather, they play the game to relax and enjoy themselves during their leisure time. When people start flaming and harassing others, it becomes rather difficult to enjoy playing the game.

2 things here:

1.) Riot has experimented with infinitely scaling chat restrictions in the past, and they didn't find much success with it as it didn't work very well with their policy of reform. There were players with thousands of chat restricted games, and these players simply had no incentive to reform. Even if they did, they likely still had a couple thousand chat restricted games to work off. In the end, these players simply resorted to gameplay toxicity, like trolling/intentionally feeding, which takes a somewhat longer to punish in many cases because it can be harder to detect.

2.) Riot is within their legal rights to permanently ban an account and not offer any refunds, so legal action is really not going to do you any good.

I'm sorry to say, but there's really nothing you can do to get your account back. Riot does not lift any behavioral punishments unless they were given in error, and looking at the chat logs, I'd say that is not the case here. If you want to continue playing, then you're only choice is to create a new account. However, if you continue this same behavior on the new account, you're going to find yourself in the same situation you're in right now.

And just in case, i brought the game chat that got me banned, and i have to say that is not fair that i was not the only one flamming this Lee Sin player, so unless u perma ban the others as well this is twice as unfair.

The punishment tiers are as follows:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

Since you said you were banned before in your post, I can only assume that this was the 14 day ban, in which case your next offense would result in a permanent ban. However, just because that's where you are in the punishment ladder does not mean the other players flaming the Lee Sin are in the same place. You've shown this type of unacceptable behavior frequently across many games, which is what lead to your permanent ban, be we don't know how often the other players behave like that. This behavior is very uncommon for them, or maybe they did get a punishment but it was a chat restriction, we don't know.

I have to admit, that i was the one responsible of gettin permanently banned, but take on account that ur argument of "i play LoL to chill and relax" is not related to RANKED matches, THIS WAS A RANKED MATCH and ive been struggling to come out of BRONZE rly hard and this ppl don't make it possible, its easy for you or the moderators to say "He is not skilled enough so he does not deserve to climb any higher bc he can't carry this kind of lame teams" and then tell me to not get mad after i literally were stucked on Bronze 4-5 because i am NOT SKILLED ENOUGH TO CARRY AN ENTIRE TEAM TO A VICTORY.

oF COURSE i was angry, mad, infuriated that every single team i got matched with, does not have the same goals as i do , and bc of that, i just have to deal with their mediocrity and on top of that, just accept it, this is a team game, and if ur team does not have the same goals u can't really act as a sole team, u just have a lot of ppl hunting kills and running around the map like headless chickens ruining ur entire game experience, so yes, i might make their time "HArd" playing this game with my words, but they make mine (hard) with their careless behaviour, and u know what? RIOT does not give a fuck, i HAVE PAID REAL MONEY I GOT FROM WORKING 12 HOURS A DAY and this ppl, get away just by saying i was rude to them, which i don't deny because i am not gonna lie about me being rude BECAUSE I DO HAVE BALLS and i am an honest person and i want this to be fixed as the honest person i am, coz there is toxic ppl and carelless ppl that don't get banned, because they are good at lying or something like that, my only mistake is to be honest on a world of fake people.

This ban is unfair as i said, this is a fckin game, and it should not be taken seriously, a chat on a virtual game, is not meant to actually make u feel bad, i don't feel bad, when some random retard says he is better than me, just because inside his mental bubble he thinks gettin a few more kills than me, makes him better, coz ive played enough to understand, THAT INTERNET IS NOT REAL LIFE, and u can't apply real life rules, to internet because is not meant to be serious, RIOT is wrong about this stupid bans, whoever takes LoL or any game's chat for real, is plain stupid and lives inside a bubble of ignorance.

Of course i was not goin to rape them, or their moms, its like fckin autists, taking ALL of my words LITERALLY, i mean, i think that LOL moderators, give more importance to my words, than my entire family, same as the stupid puberts i play with, this is fckin ridiculous as i will fckin repeat, this is just absurd.

While I can certainly understand and relate to the feeling of frustration of struggling in matches, taking that anger and frustration out on your teammates solves nothing. When you rage and flame at someone not only are you wasting time that you could spend playing the game but you also increase the likelihood that they perform worse, not better. If you must rage then do so at the screen and not in the chat.

Spending money doesn't make you immune to the rules or to punishments should you break those rules. Many people have tried to make that argument (some of whom have spent even more money than you have) and failed miserably. Again I get being frustrated with poor performing teammates (we all get them) but yelling and raging at them solves nothing, and there are better ways to encourage people to play more passively or aggressively without resorting to insults and the like.

And this is the kind of attitude that led to your permaban. Instead of heeding the warnings to stop using chat to rage and flame at others you continued to use it for that purpose and got permabanned because of it. Chat is meant to be used as a tool to communicate and even talk with your team, but it is not there so you can belittle and insult them just because you're mad. If you wouldn't say it in real life then you shouldn't say it in-game.

Doesn't matter if you were going to do it or not, it's still unacceptable and inexcusable in any context or setting. Many people have actually been arrested in real life and/or fired from their jobs for making threats to others online because this is no laughing matter and is not something that can simply be brushed off with the "it's just the internet so who cares?" excuse.

No it hasn't. You're just mad that Riot and the LoL community won't tolerate or put up with your jerky attitude and let you spout threats and insults and the like without being held accountable for it like an adult. Welcome to the real world where acting like an ignorant little kid gets you treated like an ignorant little kid. Also, it's not just LoL who won't put up with this: many other companies such as Blizzard are cracking down on this behavior as well, so unless you're willing to start acting like a mature adult you'll soon find yourself in this exact same position in other games.

Gettin fed has nothing to do with the this, the Lee Sin was bad and all the team agreed on that. pf course they did not receive the ban i did because they were not reported, before this match, there is no racism there, i am mexican myself, so racism does not really apply to this topic? and the only reason i am not "sorry" for what i said, its because, i was angry and i was fool to say stuff like that, but as much as they want to enjoy the game, they make me not enjoy it, u follow me? they might enjoy losing, i don't, and specially because i was strugglin really hard to get out of bronze, and this ppl don't take that for serious, so the fact here is that this was a RANKED match, not a NORMAL match, so they have no right of saying "i play this game just for fun" ranked matches aint "for fun" thats the difference and thats why i got so TILTED u understand?

I know its frustrating when teammates mess up, but why assume they are doing it on purpose?

In most cases they are probably just as frustrated about it as you are.

Just because you're Mexican doesn't mean you can't be racist LOL. It's not just white people who can be racist, it's every race. What you got banned for has nothing to do with what Lee did. Guess what? It's BRONZE, everyone is bad in Bronze. And yeah because you obviously think you're better than what you are just because you got fed.

About dealing with heavy teammates:

Even if you are right and Riot should let players say what they want, it is still a team game that requires cooperation to win. It is much easier to carry your teammates if they respect you and listen to you.

Repeatedly saying negative things about them and berating them after mistakes accomplishes the opposite of that. It angers them and makes them not want to listen to you.

So really, by acting that way you're just making the harassed person heavier to carry and you are hindering your own chances of winning.

About your punishment:

Calling someone useless one time wouldn't be punishable. It wouldn't be productive either, but it wouldn't be punishable.

On the other hand, repeatedly doing it to them throughout an entire game, berating them after every mistake... That is beyond counterproductive, it's also harassment. Riot believes that everyone playing their game has a right to enjoy it. If you get in the way of that by harassing them then Riot will remove you from the game.

Your very 1st thread was about this same subject. You were warned and given advice from people here before, 7 months or so ago. I'm not very sympathetic.

I absolutely dislike that you accuse others of what you clearly dislike about the game yet are doing right now.
