So, like everyone else knows, playing in league of legends requires patience, kindness, and all sort of things to deal with new players, dummy players or low iq rats, its rly hard to have all this virtues when u get matched with this kind of ppl, bc the most funny part of it, is that they dont care, and they justify themselves, with you, being "rude" to them, because being an asshole aint reportable, and ofc, riot supports that, saying that "it doesnt matter if they consciously ruin ur game, u must be nice and sit doin nothing, since we dont care about non challenger players" (not literally, they dont have the guts to say so) so if u have an open mind and u have a rational brain and u can handle a person being honest and making an extensive use of curse words without u fallin apart or having seizures then be welcomed!.

So in this thread i wanna show why it aint fair that i get chat restricted for 25 games because of riot moderation mistakes, i wont allow this to go unpunished, because like i said, it is not fair, things can go from a bastard stealing ur lane tryna do "duo jg" because "challenger players did it" (even tho he does not understand they are on a whole different level) then saying ur the one that aint smart and should not complain about it, because, hey! complaining about somthing wrong its actually, wrong (apparently), and if u dont agree then u get reported because hell yeah riot doesnt give a fck about logic and actual conversations, in exchange of me, trying to be useful for the team i get every kind of douchebags, acting kewl, and thinking of themselves as fckin hercules, and if u say somthin to them, then u r wrong, ur retard, u r ignorant, ofc it is the complete opposite side, listen, i understand that some ppl can't handle "rude" words or cursing, i understand, some ppl can't find any arguments to counter mine, i understand, riot doesnt give a fuck about neither me, or the players that dont surpass diamond ranking, i get it, but pls, dont be so fckin mediocre, nor impartial, FCKIN READ CONVERSATIONS, ITS UR FCKIN JOB, i cant believe i get banned because i was "rude" to a douchebag that stole my lane and put my team against me, plus the only decent person on that game (as u can see on the chat log i linked downards) was Bot's adc, a poor Nidalee that the only thing she did wrong, was to get matched with us, because our Yasuo wanted to jgl soooooo badly, that he didnt gave a fck about me calling the lane, and still, he says i am the one whos doing wrong bc i was rude, 90% of the players agree with me that riot sucks, they dont say it bc they are too lazy to do it, only geeks like me, bother on making forum threads and actually reading them, and yeah, i dont think big about some crappy company that stole Dota's idea, so fck you, i wont hold myself when this type of injustice are happening, because is not fair, ppl curse all the time, ppl in the real world curse all the time, and it doesnt mean u wanna hurt somebody mentally or emotionally, World of Warcraft "flaming" is far beyond worse, u can't take someone telling you, that stealing their lane isnt nice? u wanna steal somebody's lane and not get insulted? u see how logic it is? because hey nobody should get mad if u go into their houses and steal their wives, bc hell yeah, politeness goes first, Hitler was polite with many ppl, we all commit mistakes and sometimes they are way too dumb, i get it, but hell, have a bit of shame, have a bit of DIGNITY, how the fck i get chat restricted WHEN MY FCKIN LANE GOT STOLEN AND WE LOST BECAUSE OF IT, AND I WAS NOTICEABLE ANGRY ABOUT IT, ofc i dont want to cause any mental disorder nor emotional pain, i dont know this ppl, i dont care about them, but hell RIOT, its so damn hard, to think, and realize when 3 reports aint justified? criminals can get out of prison saying that the cop that caught them was too harsh, u are fckin doin that, and dont tell me, that u don use curse words, because u surely do, and u dont mean to do any psycological damage to the ppl around you, fckin act like if real ppl were playing this game, dont be such an asshole, it aint that hard trust me, and yeah, i have friends both irl and here, the reason i have them its because i am a real person, and i do real things, and yeah, i am an actual nice person to meet, ask all my friends, but hell, dealing with this ppl ITS SO FCKIN ANOYING, because, they dont give a crap about match, they dont give a crap about you, and so, they will play without caring, u can check my match history, i enjoy playing as support so much, i enjoy buffin my adc, i enjoy being useful to my team, but some ppl dont, and they dont care about wining or losing, they dont give a fck, because they know, nobody will do anything, and because of it, u get rekt, and u cant complain because if u do, then u are a whining princess and should quit the game, i am sorry if ur stupid logic doesnt work for me, because hell yeah its stupid, so if u have a bit of dignity or brain (whatever of both) UNBAN ME make justice, a real thing, because is not fair dat u can be a douchebag, get other 2 ppl to back u up and then fck someone thats just tryna have fun, i wont allow this to go unpunished and i am goin to make as much threads as needed in order to make justice be served, and pls dont act like kids or "moral" bitches, because, cursing its a world wide language and it doesnt have to be taken srsly (like for reel dont be fckin unrealistic), so fckin do ur job, instead of "trolling" players with ur lame SR "bot" games April Fools Joke.

Or, instead of blaming Riot for a justified punishment, you could take a hard look at your chat logs and work on trying to adjust your behavior in the future.

If you keep trying to justify your negative behavior, you'll be on the fast track to a permanent ban.

i am not justifying anything dude, in the real world, if a person does steal somthin from u, u wont act like all polite and give him some tea, i am pretty sure of that, and i am not saying being rude aint a bad thing, but u know what? idc, because real ppl curse the whole time and its somthin NORMAL, u ppl tend to say "its just a game" then follow ur own logic, its a game, and i am free of using whatever words i want, plus, there is a guy in this thread that said i "harassed" the Yasuo dat stole my lane, that aint harassment, like i said, a guy protecting his house from a robber aint a harasser.

In the real world, if somebody steals something from me, I'm calling the police, filing a report, and also probably an insurance claim. Because that's what you're supposed to. It's not worth my time to try to chase said person down myself and recover the items, and it might even be dangerous if they're armed.

But here's the thing: In League, nobody can take any objects of value from you. Nobody can really be a physical threat to you. You're in no danger whatsoever, and nothing of value was lost. Does it suck to experience what you did? Sure. I'd be super frustrated, too. But I'm also mature enough to realize that nothing I could say or do is going to change what these people are doing. They've made up their minds already. If it's already obviously a problem in champ select, just dodge the game. It's not worth the time and frustration of playing with them. If, for some reason, you choose to play the game, or if their intent isn't obvious during champ select, then play as best as you can and report those people after the game.

And that's where we get to the issue with how you handled things. There are two perfectly valid and proper ways to deal with the situation you were in, should it arise. You opted out of those, though, and chose to become part of the problem. This is the only option that could potentially lead to your account getting a punishment. And lo and behold, it caught up to you.

And to clear something up, while you're free to say whatever you want in chat (nobody is preventing you from saying any particular thing), you're also not immune to any repercussions from what you choose to say.

U know, that also, in the real world, ppl that get robbed don't always call the police, lets say i was one of that kind of ppl, i felt angry enough to curse at them, i never have to do it irl, not even to my family or friends, but how can u make someone on the other side of a PC understand it?, u cant do anything, because Nidalee and i tried to surrender many times, but this harasser and the 2 teammates dat went on his side, didnt wanted to surrender, and we had to fight till the very end Nidalee and i did more than those 3 and still we had to suffer thos gruesome moments, and ofc i got rekted twice because RIOT wanted his piece of cake and punished me because its easier to count 3 reports than actually reading the whole conversation.

Each player is held accountable for their own actions. You chose to take the one route that would put your account into trouble, when there are other options available.

If you reported those people for what they did, they I can guarantee you their games were reviewed, too. You have zero way of knowing whether or not the players were punished. So please, don't come in here and pretend you were a victim and the other people 'got away' with it. You're just as guilty as they are here, and all of you deserve some degree of a punishment for what was done/said in those games.

Honestly, OP is right. Moderation is wrong, this should've been escalated to 14 day ban, imo. 3 games of this rage spam? You have to know this must be happening every game that doesnt go 100% perfect for this guy.

That completely depends on where you live and the circumstances. There have been cases where a trespasser has broken, obviously, into a home and been shot. Depending on the the results of said shot the owner of the house can and has been sued before. Saddest part is the trespasser won. Even cases of two robbers; one was shot and killed and the other robber sued the owner. The owner was also charged with manslaughter I believe.

Probably the most toxic thing I'll say in response to this. The way you type and the lingo you use makes it hard to believe you have even finished any sort of school. Now in regards to cussing and people finding it harassing. That would completely depend on the context it is used in. Even then, it doesn't mean everyone is comfortable with the language.

The subset you use for defining 90% of league is your guild. I'm assuming which is based in wow or some other mmo. A guild of 1 or 999 is still too small a sample size to make the claim 90%.

In regards to your last claim of me being a coward, I can neither prove or disprove your statement.

Ok i admit i was a bit unrealisitic, with the "90% thingy", ofc there is no way it could be like dat, i ddnt expected that part to be taken that srs, but anyways i change my mind, but i wont edit anything so discussion does not get weird, and if u didnt know, arrested criminals like i said, have left prison with less, i am pretty sure u can google it and find atleast one case, or far enough to understand that point.

The reason i compared house robbery to this case, was that they stole somthin from me, "bully" style, and i had to defend myself, somthing was not goin rite and u can't expect me to swallow frustration just like dat, and apart of it, i get the punishment, thats totally unfair, and why? because i used "meanie" words, i am sorry, but i don't justify my rudeness, i just want justice, i received my punishment why he does not?.

Also, i cant link the chat now, because apparently, the whole match can be downloaded, but chat is nowhere to be find, i would require direct action, and now i have to deal with another douchebag, that literally called me garbage the whole game, i could not smack his sorry ass (keyboard war style) because i had chat restrictions and i had to try and have a good game, with this retard, i am not an agressive guy, but there are always this "funny" guys that come and "troll" others for no reason and they don't get any kind of punishment and now i can't defend myself because RIOT says i am too rude towards douchebags (isnt it cute?).

What did you own? that they stole from you? As far as punishment goes, you're not told what happens to others you're merely given a confirmation if you were the last report to trigger a punishment

Game 1: I know it's frustrating to have your lane stolen by someone else, so that's unfortunate. However, this doesn't give you the right to denigrate your teammates. You've taken a bad situation and made it exponentially worse. Additionally, you took the unusual step of correctly spelling "chromosome" while shortening every other word in your chat. If any organism lacks a chromosome, it'd be in every cell (except RBCs), not just allocated to a specific organ. Additionally, I didn't find any constructive or beneficial speech in this game's chat. The rest of the lines were neutral.

Game 2: You have a good bit of constructive chat here. Telling the team to go mid, well done, and one more wave. That's the kind of chat that helps win games and keeps you out of this section of boards. However, you still harassed your teammates and stated you wanted to give up. When you stopped using that chat, it seems like your game swung in your favor.

Game 3: More harassing text. You didn't have a jg in game 2. Why'd you let that tilt you this game as well?

This ban seems justified, but if you disagree with my assessment or Riot's report card, you can write in a support ticket. Otherwise, you should learn from these mistakes, because the next step will be a 14-day ban. I think this stuff is pretty bad to begin with, and I'm surprised you have only a chat ban.

Regarding your chat restriction: the community you are gaming with is telling you that your behavior is not acceptable. You don't have to agree with them, but by the same token, Riot doesn't have to let you keep playing their game. If you don't change your approach to communication, you are likely to wind up being permanently banned.
