it's like the objective now is to get someone reported? i will never understand teammates that don't use the mute button. let them be toxic, play, learn. it seems like as a community, league players dont want to win they just want someone to feel like shit about it by taking the bait.
I care about toxic people being toxic in the same way I care about someone answering a call in the middle of a movie theater.
I don't want inconsiderate people like that ruining my experience, either now or in the future. If they can't learn to play well with others they shouldn't be allowed to play.

so if you had to deal with and be with someone ( lets say a class mate or coworker ) to do a project together and that other person is an asshole the entire time do you wanna deal with them ?

same goes for the game. no need for toxicity. just dont say anything. play the game get the job done and move on just like with the class/work project

They ban people left and right for couple swear words but do nothing about inters and trolls. So people automatically will report u for toxicity when u did nothing wrong

Why are people toxic ? [slayer-jinx-catface] I didn't know I could mute an afk or someone inting and that would make him carry my game.
People care because it tends to tilt their teammates. I've seen it happen a lot. I try to get my teammates to ignore the toxicity and just keep their heads in the game but toxicity gets to lots of people.
When people get tilted, they play worse. When someone is toxic and trying to spread the tilt, it makes my team lose as a whole because the teamwork is not there anymore.
When the teamwork isn't there anymore, we usually lose, which means I just wasted time in a game not having fun because someone was toxic and felt like being a jackass to their own teammate.
It's not about getting someone reported, it's about ensuring this game is still fun to play.
eh, if people are being toxic i ignore it or mute them and focus on the game.

It isn't what they say in chat really. Yes it is annoying and such, but it is the actions they do after flaming in chat. You can not stop them from doing any of it.
People play league to have fun because it's a game. If someone is toxic it makes the game not fun.[zombie-brand-mindblown]
The chat and pings are tools for communications. If I am to mute someone I cripplethat communication.
Yasuo pinged and wrote that LB is missing and even danger-pinged botlane? Too bad they both muted his pings and chat, because he flamed and spam pinged the jungler for not giving him the kill. Doublekill for LB, first turret and infernal drake for the red team and the game snowballs from there.
Why do people care? Maybe ask why people are jerks in the first place.
