Well, interestingly enough; Riot still hasn't fixed the Toxicity issue since I just got a game where he Decided to run down my lane as Nunu for dying to Fiora in a 1v1 top lane. Which 1 kill early game kind of threw my lane out of whack since my support wasn't doing her best. Which all the more costed us the game. So if you see <Removed by Moderation> in your game good luck.

Emailing a riot employee part, not sure who gets it but I want him banned; players like these should just flat out be perm banned.

LOL, nothing will be done...... riot is more concerned with making the snowflakes feel safe in chat. Sorry to let you know the state of things.

you cannot program player bases, riot has stated they are working on improving the INT feeding catcher. they have openly acknowledged they it isn't not effect.

As for toxic players they pretty much got this down, if they were any stricter i feel like it would be over bearing.

you can complain all you want to riot, but until someone magically comes up with the idea to 100% fix all toxicity, it will always exist.
