Yasuo ultimate does not activate.

Self explanatory, Riot has not fixed this issue for about the beginning of Yasuo being released. You are 100% in range of your ultimate, they have been knocked up; you press R, and your ultimate does not go off. This bug has actually costed me games before, it can costs lanes, team fights, even promos. That might seem like a stretch but if it does, I suggest clicking off cause you're ignorant and know nothing of the game. This is not latency issue, I live 40 minutes away from Riot servers with the average ping of 10-20. I am not sure if this is issue with Riots lack of knowledge of the issue or lack of knowledge of programming in general. This issue should be fixed within the next patch because it is technically game breaking because it can cause games to lose.

Fixing bugs is more complicated than you might think. I experience this same bug, but I can't figure out the exact situation that causes it. I've had my dash lock out temporarily as well, and just watched a Yassuo stream (patch 8.5) where it happened to him as well.

If you can identify and replicate the scenario, that would be most helpful.

Yeah, I know fixing bugs is more complicated, just like school work; But if you actually put effort, you can usually find out the problem.

The issue is usually, with the long range q's, you are most defiantly inside the ult range, but the game might think that they are out. Still wouldn't explain the point blank ults not working
