Im literally right now experiencing a nunu who made a stupid play and now is punishing us by inting. He said that he botted the account up to level 30 and he doesnt care if he gets banned or not. there needs to be an ip ban sent to these players. Im literally in gold getting matched with unranked players.
Because there's no viable method to ban players that wouldn't also prevent multiple people from using the same computer. Internet café's, shared family computers, university computer's, etc wouldn't be able to support more than one account anymore.
Because it's a free-to-play game.

IP bans do nothing. There are many easy ways around them.
If it was indeed a botted account it will be banned soon enough and that's all there is to that.
And do you want to ban dormitories internet cafes, random people (because of dynamic address) and so on?

What Riot actually needs to do is a hardware ban. IP bans are lame. You get caught cheating in Overwatch? You can never play the game again on that Motherboard, even if you buy a new copy.
Because its free to play.
