I've already been permad and I'm reaching the profile level I was on that account, though I'm not openly sending death threats anymore and I feel like I've improved in behaviour I find myself still tilting at everything wrong that happens in the game or when people flame me, it's impossible to enjoy the game with this mindset and I don't know how to change it so if one of you honour 9000 wizards could give me some tips that would be greatly appreciated
Mute everyone at the beginning of the game. And relax dude it's just a game. You're spending your free time on this game just to be stressed and have a toxic attitude the whole time? That's not worth. At the end of the day all this toxicity impacts you the most, not anyone else. Try to aim to become better as an individual person/player and forget everything else. Someone made a mistake and cost you a major objective in the game? Relax dude you've probably made the same exact mistake across multiple games in the past. I honestly don't know why people rage as hard as they do in this game. It's only bad for your own mental health.
If you feel yourself getting tilted, just ignore annoyances, finish the game and take a break. Grab a beer (or something different if you are not old enough) and relax for a few hours or even days.
It works wonders, let me tell ya, because, at the end, it's only a game.

Not everyone can thrive in every kind of environment, and there's no shame in that. If something that's supposed to be for entertainment is aggravating and upsetting you, then you might want to consider finding a different outlet for entertainment. Free time is a valuable, finite resource and we owe it to ourselves to enjoy it when we spend it.
