Very negative player got away

Hi all,

See below a copy paste of information about a player I had reported post-game and through a ticket. The ticket has been recently closed and when I logged into my account I haven't seen any feedback message - meaning the player got away. Ty Riot for showing discrepancy once again.

Report reasons:

  • Intentional feeding (running down botlane, goes into stronger opponents intentionally even after warning him)
  • AFK (reconnected before /remake)
  • Negative attitude (blaming team for being shit while he himself is also one to be blamed)

So today I (support) was playing this game with an ADC who wasnt connected to the game for 2 to 3 minutes. He connected just before the ability to /remake. While he knew he is so behind in CS and items, he played so bad it could be considered as intentional feeding (he ended up like 1-8 or so). I could not find a way to stay calm and started making comments about this (either good or bad, a.k.a. in the heat of the moment). He basically feeded harder than my midlane and everyone else was really pissed about this. Then someone trolled the first surrender at 15 minutes which was probably our mid or adc.

I was really hoping for either a remake or a player who would do his best to make up for his game error, but no, this person decided to further ruin the atmosphere of the game and blaming others for ruining HIS game. How am I supposed to stay calm during such manners of people ruining my time and ranked games. I've been playing for long that I can clearly tell the difference of having a bad game or just intentionally feeding/trolling.

Did you delete the previous iteration of this? If you did, that isn't going to change the answers people give.

This is exactly the reason Riot intentionally does not send feedback reports every time your report results in a punishment - this sort of stalking and “need to see them punished” behavior is not conducive to a good community. In fact, you do not get a feedback report for manual actions regardless - only automated actions.

Even if your ticket has been reviewed and solved, it does not necessarily mean your report has been reviewed yet - if they have a backlog, they will file it in the queue to be reviewed along with all other reports they are getting. You will not be notified of any result manually taken.

Games like this make me wish I can leave a game (dota) without penalty.

First of all, the Instant Feedback Report is inconsistent in general; you're not guaranteed to get it even if a punishment goes through.

Second;

See below a copy paste of information about a player I had reported post-game and through a ticket. The ticket has been recently closed and when I logged into my account I haven't seen any feedback message - meaning the player got away.

You're not going to receive an Instant Feedback Report if the player was punished through a Support Ticket. You aren't directly giving the information to the IFS through the Support Ticket, so the IFS would have no reason to give you an IFR if the player was punished.

Ty Riot for showing discrepancy once again.

You are assuming a discrepancy based on a lack of information and a misunderstanding of how systems link up. When you file a Support Ticket about a player's behavior, you're asking for Riot to manually review that behavior - not pinging the IFS that a player needs their behavior reviewed.
