I've been lvl 0 for no about 2-3 months. Yes I do deserve it but I've been getting multiple honors 3x and even 4x and not from friends. I just think that once you're down here there's no way to go back up. I haven't said anything toxic in chat for so long. I've been making jokes and having fun games. I just want to know what I have to do to get back up and get them honors ;) thanks for your time.
Probably because Riot are a bunch of idiots that have no idea what they're doing, whether it be champion balancing, champion design, influencing player behavior, implementing systems that work, having a sense of humor, not being a bunch of greedy, pompous jerks...
Seriously, Riot are possibly the worst game developers in the world. No wonder games like PUBG are drinking their milkshake.

That sucks. I know it's not as rewarding playing games and not getting rewards, but I think if you just focus on doing your best in game, honor kinda takes care of itself.
