If your system isn't reliable and is prone to errors, then maybe it shouldn't be the single authority that punishes accounts. This is absurd, I didn't do anything wrong! Riot, fix this now!

In point of fact, this looks like exactly the same screenshot from your first thread.
If you're not going to show the Game 1 logs, you're not going to get anywhere. We can visibly see you were punished for two matches. We know you got punished for more than just saying "9x". The IFS isn't bugged, you're just not showing all of your chat logs, and that's just disingenuous posting.
I'm going to need you to stop with all the moaning and provide that game 1 chat log, whenever you get a chance.
To be honest the whole thread should be closed as you, OP, refuse to show us the needed information and can't have a single comment without screaming at other players.

Sometimes it doesn't send the entire log. If its a mistake then they will fix it. Like someone got their logs only showing 'gg'. Just message a specialist with a ticket. Good luck!
Yes, calling for reports on other players in such a negative, combative way is not appropriate, and your first game log was part of your punishment too.

The reason why Rito will never reply to this is because this exposes their IFS as a CROCK OF SHIT. No matter how much they tell this brazen lie about number of reports not mattering, this outright disproves this. It doesn't matter what you type, if multiple people just don't like you and/or false report you, then you will be at high risk of getting (unfairly) punished.
And their """support""" team has no interest in actually supporting whatsoever, they are simply Rito's little lapdogs that will damage control any punishment given to you and try to justify anything this little poorly programmed IFS robot does when it can be easily abused or exploited. The support doesn't care if you weren't toxic or the punishment is absurd given the action, they will simply take any little thing that could ever possible be interpreted as negative, cynical, critical, passive aggressive, rude, or complaining and go "yep, you deserved it, tough shit"

You were informed previously to hit up Support ticket or message them on Twitter. You've also been unwilling to show your first game, which is typically the more severe of your games.
Since you've been unwilling to discuss game 1, and you've already been told to go to support, this board has done all it can to assist you.

OP, why do you refuse to show us the chatlog of your first game? Stop fooling around, present the full information that you received so we can give you a better feedback. Or maybe you are aware of the rule-breaking in the first game, aren't you?
2 chatlogs with (for example) only "9x" don't trigger a 25-CR. But a chatlog full of misbehaviour plus a second game with a punishable offence does. So, do yourself a favour and cooperate with us.
