Increased Punishment After a Ban?

I am baffled at why I received a 25 game chat restriction from 1 report from 1 game? We had a troll sej who was constantly berating the mid to the point that the team reported the sej. I know this because Riot gave me the "Thanks to your report" notification. But here I am first couple games after coming back from a ban (that I deserved) and immediately I am hit with this? I said "sht" and "Fck". Is this enough to warrant a chat ban? Two words that within the chat filter already....

It's called harassment. you didn't curse, or use offensive language. but you were constantly badgering blaming and irritating another player.

you probably wouldn't have had any punishment from this alone, but because you had received punishment recently, someone caught you.

You have another problem, though. You seem to assume that just because Sej also received punishment, that somehow is supposed to absolve you of anything you may have done during the game. It's almost like assuming, "so-and-so was worse, therefore I can't be guilty." That simply isn't true. Your punishment may actually have had something to do with preventing that kind of mindset. If both people acted inappropriately, they are both likely to receive punishment.

disclaimer: this is kind of a long post. I don't mean to be judgmental, or someone was right or wrong here. I just hope that this explains a bit as to why the ban may have occurred.

Your entire chat is negative and bashing Sejuani.

Both bashing other players as well as creating a negative attitude are punishable. If you recently had a 10 game chat restriction, this is the next step as obviously if you're still behaving this eat 10 games didn't work to get you to fix your behavior.

Riot doesn't punish for swears. You can say fuck and shit.

Riot punishes for harassing players or being overly negative and creating an bad game atmosphere.

I would like to have a response from a red explaining to me this "pattern" based off 1 game where the worse offense is "You're shit".

Its worth noting that I am fine playing off the 25 games. I am just terrified that ONE PERSON reported me (the sej) and I am immediately punished. It makes me feel like I am just inches away from a perma ban. Just played a game where I died 3 times early on (ganked and out of position...not the best) and one person said he was going to report me for "init". This scared the shit out of me because i was honestly playing my best. Am I just 1 pissed off teammate report away from losing my account?

looking at this i realize people who play this game are literal vaginas, they cant take a comment over the internet. and then people "reviewing" like this guy cant see that youre clearly replying to someone. the grammar nazi would be aids but not chat bannable. like if you didnt int cant they mute you at that point?
