14 Day ban with 1 game/3 lines of 3 letters

Hey guys!

I need some feedback for more insight on my ban. Here's some backstory of who I am as a player and what happened during my game. I've started playing League of Legends in preseason 4, and have enjoyed game nearly everyday. Haven't gotten banned or a chat restriction prior to this. So that's nearly 4 years now. I have played maybe idk over 5000 games or so total, and have been fairly sportsmanlike since I've begun. Yes, I would say I was toxic when I was younger but never extremely repetitive, only when I had a bad day. I do think that I sometimes get reported from teammates that think I'm feeding (or something like mistakenly taking wrong masteries) for having a bad game, but then again who doesn't?

Regarding that particular game/day : I was working a late shift at the restaurant I work at, and thats quite the stressful environment, so I was tired and frustrated after work. So I thought some League may have been my medicine to fix my mood. I played around 4 games in the late evening/morning (somewhere around 4 AM). I was fairly calm with the occasional enemy missing ping to my teammates if they caused a mistake in the first 3 games. It was the 4th game, as mid that really aggravated me to the point where I said "%%%" 3 times to my Evelynn Jungle, yet it was more or less a fire fighting fire situation, as she wasn't so friendly either. After my first time of saying it I muted her as I should've, yet when mute someone I tend to mute all 3 mute options (the chat, the ping, the new emote thing). But what I believe is my worst mistake is that I unmute them once I think the situation has cooled down. Big mistake! As it made me say it twice more. When it came to reporting her, I missed the chance as I was already trying to move on to the next game so I just clicked play again. Id love to say that this ban of mine is unjust, and shouldve maybe resulted only into a chat restriction. Please give feedback and help me understand this ban and if I have the option to appeal it or something of sorts.

I will try my best to answer any questions regarding context, but here's context about majority of the lines: the stuff about league not being fun etc. was after my Darius say GLHF to the enemy team and their Taric responded its no fun cause of people flaming, people doing dumb plays and feeding etc., comes late: my support connected late into the game, 3 people were in my lane (mid lane), twitch ulted, yi and twitch are strong(k), the yi and twitch had a lot of true damage and we had no tank/engage, and all of the "%%%" were directed at the Evelynn as she didnt comply with the team and flamed me and our Kog'Maw (unsure what she said to him as i had her muted at that time/I didnt even mute/report the toxic Kog'Maw, and he was very nasty towards her)

I know that I shouldn't have done this, and kept the Evelynn muted throughout the entirety of the game and reported her post game, but the better of me gave her a chance and the worst of me harassed her. I do appreciate all feedback and would love if a Rioter would chime in to my situation. I have submitted a ticket similarly outlining my situation.
