After joining the boards and trying to understand people's issues and relate them to my own current issue, I have discovered that the tribunal system is capable of banning a person with no context. They only follow a list of words or phrases that they see, and the use thereof is resulting in a ban. Some dodge the bullet the others take it. I need more opinions and would love to see a vote.

You are missing another piece of the puzzle.
Everyone is on their own punishment track, independent of everyone else. When they get reported, and that report is valid, they get pushed along their track. If two people get in a fight, they might be on two different places on the track. So both get pushed along the track as their punishment for the game, and one may hit their next punishment, the other may not.

Lets say one begins at the beginning of the track no prior offenses level 5 honor great player to play with. And the second player steals lets say the first players hat and the first player starts trying to get their hat back. Are both going to fall into the trap that the second guy set up or will the first in the pithole? And what will be considered fair in this case?

Oh I am not denying that my chat logs great. Yet itd be out of context. To you context may not matter. Yet id love to say it does. Especially if it is a first offense.

Depends on his level of response. You are allowed to have a bad day now and again, and if it is his only game in a while, maybe not. And if he adds to the problem by flaming back, yea, it is fair. He should have just muted.

Data wise that is 0.02% of his games and the other 99.08% are disregarded. (With outliers here and there over the span of 4 years, lets say 90% of good games with most outliers being seasons behind)is that just?
