The Current Tribunal

After joining the boards and trying to understand people's issues and relate them to my own current issue, I have discovered that the tribunal system is capable of banning a person with no context. They only follow a list of words or phrases that they see, and the use thereof is resulting in a ban. Some dodge the bullet the others take it. I need more opinions and would love to see a vote.

Context doesn't Matter, people get punished for their behaviour not others.

The question your poll is asking has two questions.

Is the IFS automated? (yes) Is the IFS one sided? I am not certain what you mean when you say that.

Everyone is responsible for what they do.

Ok. Lets say someone flames and you just return with flame. And the degree of the flame is the same. Both players report eachother, one gets a 14 day suspension the other continues to go on and flame with no punishment. "Its either all okay or none of it is"

Lets propose that that player has played over 5000 games and only 1 game of flaming 1 person gets him reported. Data wise that is 0.02% of his games and the other 99.08% are disregarded. (With outliers here and there over the span of 4 years, lets say 90% of good games with most outliers being seasons behind)is that just?
