Meh. You shouldn't have kept commenting back the first half of the chat log. Just mute and move on, don't say 'I'm going to report you', 'reported', you are just adding fuel to the fire.

you can be rude to allies but you need to keep it game-related, as in be specific regarding what aspect of their play you find unacceptable, such as their cs as you pointed out

but saying to report someone then ranting about how they tilted you is really toxic bro so yeah you do deserve a chat restriction

It's a WHOLE lot easier to put the event into a question and get your answer, rather than coming to the boards to whine about something that isn't going to change.

I'd say it is. If someone is being a raging jerk then instead of retaliating negatively back at them, just mute them during the game and report them after the game. That way your team only has to deal with one rager instead of two. Along that same line you also don't need to call for reports, as Riot considers that another form of harassment, which in turn opens up valid reports against you. Again, just mute and report instead of giving into their trolling/raging ways.

Since this is a 25-game chat restriction it's important to keep in mind that the next step up from that is a 2-week ban and then a permanent ban after that. Hopefully you'll be able to change your behavior for the better before those happen to you.
