The connection to the riot servers from where I live is awful. I know this because my connection is fine in all other aspects and all other games, and every 4 or so games on league my ping spikes. This sometimes results in a dc and has occasionally got me "leaverbusted". Is there anything I can do about this so I'm not wasting effectively 100 minutes of my time waiting in queue for something that literally is not my fault at all.
Yeah sure, you can quit playing this game until the problem is solved.
I'm not saying this in a mean way, but riot doesnt want you to ruin the gaming experience for other people because you can't play at your full potential, so they'll keep punishing you until either you solve the problem, or you quit.

and no, they can't remove your leaver buster. should have started trouble shooting after the first 2-3 times of you getting DCed.
I have this problem too, about leaverbusters not being my fault. Just quit the game. Riot didn't do shit for me and they won't do shit for you.
I was also in his shoes a few weeks ago. Got a 5 game 5 min delay. I stopped playing then took a week to fix it and now all is good. It is not Riot's problem it is your problem you have to fix it. Just as I had a problem and I fixed mine. I hope it is in the past now. I bereave to riot it is and I now I have a clean record.
