[CLIENT] Leaverbuster 20 minute looping bug.

So...recently I got the 5 games low priority queue after 'bluescreening' on a ranked lobby. I sit here for 20 minutes patiently waiting on ARAM (I want to just play ARAM to be rid of my queue timer ASAP). However, This is the third time I've have to wait for a single one of my 5 queues, as when the 20 minutes are up the queue just cancels and the queue music is still playing.

I've noticed a lot of bugs with the new client in regards to post-game and pre-game joining of lobbies. There appears to be a void in the coding for the client; in the transition between the 'lobby' client and actual game client.
